Why Ditching Fragrance Changed Everything for Me...
As long as I can remember I would have a terrible reaction to aromas in stores with fragrances from candles, perfumes, personal care products and/or cleaning products. As soon as I smelled the Synthetic Fragrances, It was instant headache followed by sneezing. In later years, it turned into monthy headaches that put me to bed for days at a time. Since removing False Fragrance products made from synthetics from my home and replacing them with 100% clean-ingredient options, I no longer suffer when cleaning my home or body.
